Safi Gallery – Terms & Sales Policy

These terms apply to all purchases made through Safi Gallery. By placing an order, you agree to the following.
Ordering
Please make sure all your information is correct when placing an order, including your full name, shipping address, email, and phone number. Safi Gallery is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If this happens, any payment made will be refunded.
Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.
Shipping addresses may be updated only if the artwork has not yet been shipped.
Payment
Full payment is required at checkout.
Accepted payment methods are listed on the website at the time of purchase.
If a payment does not go through or is reversed, the order may be cancelled. If the artwork has already shipped, the buyer remains responsible for payment.
Color & Image Appearance
Colors may appear slightly different on screens than in real life. While every effort is made to present artwork accurately, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Personal Information
Your personal information is used only to process your order and is handled with care according to Safi Gallery’s Privacy Policy.
Taxes & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties required by their location.
Production & Delivery
Most artworks are custom-made.
Estimated timelines:
Fine art prints: please allow 8–10 weeks before shipping
Smaller retail items (if available): 1–3 business days, plus shipping time
Once the artwork is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
Contact Safi Gallery within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement. Return shipping costs may apply.
Cancellations
All fine art works are made to order.
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If a cancellation is approved before production starts, a 50% restocking fee may apply.
Once an artwork has shipped, it is final sale.
Returns
Retail Items (Books or Small Products)
Retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, provided they are returned in like-new condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Fine Art Prints & Editions
All fine art prints and editions are custom-made and final sale. Returns or exchanges are not available.
Acceptance of Artwork
Artwork must be inspected upon delivery.
If no issue is reported within 7 days, the artwork is considered accepted.
Copyright & Usage
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Tameem Safi.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or altered without written permission.
Signatures and markings must remain intact.
General
Prices and availability may change without notice.
Safi Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the artwork.
